  • How do I clean and maintain my Blinds?

Keeping your blinds and shutters looking pristine is simple with our maintenance tips. Depending on the material, regular dusting with a microfiber cloth or vacuuming with a brush attachment is usually sufficient. For deeper cleaning, gently wipe down with a mild detergent and water solution.

    • Venetian Blinds – You can first dust the blinds, then wipe each slat with a damp cloth.
    • Roller Blinds/ Twist® Blinds/ Duette® Blinds – These blinds can be vacuumed on low suction, wiped clean with a weak solution of Clean Green and a damp cloth, and then left to dry completely to prevent any water marks/stains.
    • Silhouette® Blinds - These blinds can be vacuumed on low suction, wiped clean with a weak solution of Clean Green and a damp cloth, and then left to dry completely to prevent any water marks/stains. A hairdryer using the cold setting can be used to blow out bugs that manage to get inside/between the sheer material of your blinds.
    • Shutters – Vinyl/Aluminium shutters can be dusted and wiped with a damp cloth.

  • How do I measure for Blinds?

We only need the approximate width and height of the opening, measured from left to right and top to bottom of the reveal.

You can then choose if you would like the blinds to fit on the inside or outside of the opening and we will do the necessary deductions or additions.

  • What is the Lead/Manufacturing time?

The lead time for blinds is 15 working days, whereas the lead time for shutters is around 25 working days, depending on stock availability.

  • Do you supply Eco-Friendly Blinds?

    Yes, we do!
